What conditions need to be observed when referring someone? 

• The property is up for sale 
• The property is not publicly advertised (e.g. in newspapers or real estate platforms) 
• Neither the property nor the owner are known to us 
• You are not the owner of the property who is entered in the land registry (but you can be a family member or acquaintance).
